I have nothing but praise for the way all staff helped me to sell my late mum’s bungalow in Plymstock. I told them I was a complete novice at selling, as I have only ever bought one property. Julia was my main point of contact, but all other staff were very helpful as well. I actually live in South Wales, so their helpfulness was brilliant, as all contact was either by phone or email. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish

I cannot recommend Julian Marks highly enough. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Their professionalism, market knowledge, and attention to detail were outstanding, and they made the entire selling process smooth and stress-free.

Communication was excellent throughout, with clear advice, regular updates, and honest guidance at every stage. They went above and beyond. X

Although the initial instruction was dealt with by my sister and brother-in law, as a joint executor I became involved with the sale discussions and sale price changes with Jeremy Glover, who I found to be very helpful and supportive of me.
