Goosewell
Goosewell is a small suburb situated close to the centre of Plymstock and just a ten to fifteen minute drive into the city centre of Plymouth. The area is well served with a range of local amenities on its doorstep, including its own primary school. There are two highly regarded secondary schools within easy reach; Plymstock School which has been designated a Specialist Sports College, and Coombe Dean at nearby Elburton. Both schools are large comprehensives recognised as "outstanding" in recent Ofsted reports. An extensive range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants is available at the Broadway shopping centre in Plymstock itself. Leisure facilities include yachting at nearby Oreston, boating on Hooe Lake, golf at Staddon Heights, and the local cricket club in Plymstock.

All are well integrated and the area has a far lower crime rate than the national average.
